I have also been questioning about being a content provider since except for Vizio the other Majors don`t seem to want the Hi-Fi.
Routhier always said that we were a technology Company and on the original deal with Panasonic he said:
Since the 3DGo! service is only available in Sensio Hi-Fi 3-D, technology licensing revenues can be expected from all 3DGo! deals with CE manufacturers unless otherwise specifically indicated. For legacy devices (for example 3-D TVs already sold to consumers), most technology licensing deals will be based on a recoupment from the revenue share portion which would normally be paid to CE manufacturers for the use of their connected 3-D TV platform. In other words, Sensio will be deducting a technology licensing fee from the revenue share normally payable to CE manufacturers on each rental by end-users. The Panasonic agreement is based on such licensing terms. The standard licensing model based on a per-unit royalty remains active and is the company's preferred model, namely for future 3-D TV sales in the market.
Going back to 2012 we know or assume the both Hisense and TCL signed a Global deal for the Hi-Fi and that brings as to why either one of them specially Hisense is not doing 3DGo in the USA, strange unless the deal was scrapped or changed, none of the analysts ever asks that question.
Panasonic is doing some kind of porting which we don`t seem to understand and the fact that there`s nothing out there about results of users and satisfaction makes us wonder still.
I went to the LG page and can`t see their release of news concerning this deal with SIO.
SIO on the PR did not mention any names or links to the LG homepage.
Now, the latest sales release shows Samsung-LG and TCL as 1-2-3,all have our Hi-Fi chips embedded on their sets for at least the last two years,by that account so do Panasonic and few other Majors.
SIO says on the PR:
The 3DGO! application will be made available on LG's NetCast and webOS platforms.
We know that webOS debuted this past CES and they market it as the best thing LG has done for smart TVs by far, engineers from three continents learned to work together and did it.

It means that has been on the Market for just a few months, all other LGs had NetCast platforms.
On the LG facebook I found:

It`s a few months old but ..
My concern is that not too many people will have the last platform never mind the old one.
So what kind of usage or membership are we going to get from them in the near future.
My problem or concern TILL THEY EXPLAIN BETTER WHAT`S GOING ON is why it got so complicated when it was all set up for the Hi-Fi and then a click to watch 3Dgo ??.
What`s the problem for the not adoption?.
I wish somwbody would ask the question and get a good-real answer.
Thanks and Cheers
