Not a whole lot of detail in the G&M article, don't have a transcript:
"“I’m one of the producers that is actually supporting all of those four pipeline projects, and we’re also planning on expanding rail,” he later told reporters."
Though he isn't specific on the oil and i'm not too familiar with CVE's properties' proximity to possibly CUS's NATO / pipelines that would feed in.
