they the Kyrg Government could've had all of that, jobs, revenue etc three years ago and saved themselves a 120 million dollars. Use the 120 million as a deposit if they let us develop the mine unobstructed and when Stans generates revenues in excess of a 120 million then and only then can they get their deposit back in small increments this should guarantee us some time to develop the mine free from there shake downs.
