Sorry but I dont know who you are I doubt very much if you are fron Kyrygstan more than likely some mischeif maker , the fact is we have won the arbitration in the Kyryg  own back yard , we are open to negotiating with the kyrgs , probably along the lines of we will not claim the arbitration money if we are allowed to mine kutessay and also lets negotiate a deal beneficial to every one , whats wrong with that , but we do know that the chinese are trying to kill Kutessay because it is a direct threat to their Heavy Rare Earth dominance in the region , Kutessay is a huge project that can service the Russians , Japanese and Koreans that gives the chinese a major belly ache ... 
It would be nice if you could just see the light , you obviouly have an agenda of sorts but we are in the driving seat now so best just to accept that fact.
