you obviously have no legal background at all because you mix up all sort of things

1) kyrgystan signed bi/multilateral binding agreements to recognize international arbitration courts like the one in Moscow, your government can still say they don't accept this ruling but they can't appeal it because they signed up to this (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Convention_on_the_Recognition_and_Enforcement_of_Foreign_Arbitral_Awards), kyrgystan signed up in 1996!!!!!!!!!!

2) that is why every other court in every other country in the world will respect this ruling and allow the claimant to seize assets of the relevant country -> Centerra shares in Canada, we even have a precedent case with a Turkish company which makes is even easier

3) the arbitration court in Moscow is not under Russian jurisdiction, it is an arbitration court not part of the national Russian legal system, this has nothing to do with the Russian legal system, if it is corrupt or whatever, Stans could have chosen any other location like Paris
all of your arguments are just wrong!
