It is only a guess on my part. Watch the bid and ask and see how anon (Dundee) keeps the price at around 12 cents. Watch how they will jump or back off the price when it gets in that range. They don't want the price to go to low as they have to pay their workers in stock but they also want to get their intrest at as low a price as possible.
