RE:"Second Option" "Material Contracts"there is no claw-back option on 4F whatsoever. this is clearly stated on page 41 "The Claw-Back Right is not applicable to Claim Block 4F." so thanks for pointing out that ZEN can expect a $27.5 million payment if Cliffs wants to claw-back to a 50% interest in the other claims they are currently jv'ing with ZEN in Ontario. ZEN purchased Cliff's remaining percentage ownership in Albany 4F and has 100% ownership. Perhaps you should read that NR more carefully than the AIF. That was NR'd on Nov 21, 2011.
