JMHO...

Based on what I heard from the conference, this is my opinion:

- Financing most probably hard to come by for completing all the "hyped up dreams" . Those trips to Bay Street might not have helped much, I guess..
- So, now back to reality, lease a "rooftop" in Vancouver and use cash in the bank to develop a "rooftop garden".
- MMJ is a possibility... maybe not !!...

I do not have a very good feeling about these "roof top gardens". JMHO..
