When To Buy Or Add

When To Buy Or Add

I sold 1/3 of my position on prior spike high and am looking to buy back soon.

I agree with Wannabe that SP was overbought short term with RSI momentum indicator above 80 at one point.

I would like to see the RSI come back down to about 50 and Fast Stochastics below 20 to reenter.

Also, would like to see price down to at least the 20 day moving average or a little lower.

Silver is also overbought and I would expect any sell-off to take RSI and Fast Stochasics to the same levels mentioned above.

My guess is that the price will not go deeper than approximately $20.30 USD.

COT data on Comex silver is short term negative, but not so bad on intermediate time frame.

Probability suggests a multi-day shake down which will be a buying op for a trader with patience to wait awhile to add.

Good luck!
