The Funds secondary investment objective is capital appreciation The Fund seeks to achieve its investment objectives by investing at least 80% of its managed assets (i.e., net assets plus assets obtained through leverage) in a portfolio of preferred and other income securities issued by U.S. and non-U.S. companies, which may be either exchange-traded or available over-the-counter. In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. There can be no assurance that the Fund will achieve its investment objectives.

Very brief reference to LM-15: "Las Maracas (Operated, Los Ocarros Block, WI 50%): The Las Maracas-15 well was drilled, targeting by-pass oil pay. The well is being cased and will be tested for oil production. Parex is currently preparing drilling operations for Las Maracas-16 which is being drilled as a water disposal well".
No reference to El Eden or El Porton in the Parex update which leads me to believe Petroamerica will be releasing a NR with a more detailed operational update.
We should also hear about Malavar-1 which is due to be spud in Q3.
I am surprised they didn't release this update this week.
