Athabasca Oil Corporation (AOC) is a Canadian energy company with a focused strategy on the development of thermal and light oil assets. AOC’s segments include Light Oil and Thermal Oil. The Thermal Oil segment includes the Company’s assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of bitumen from sand and carbonate rock formations located in the Athabasca region of Northern Alberta. It also consists of two operating oil sands steam assisted gravity drainage projects and a resource base of exploration areas in the Athabasca region of northeastern Alberta. The Light Oil segment includes its assets, liabilities and operating results for the exploration, development and production of light crude oil and medium crude oil, tight oil and conventional natural gas. Its Light Oil segment consists exclusively of the Duvernay in the Greater Kaybob area with about 155,000 gross acres across Kaybob West, Kaybob North, Kaybob East and Two Creeks.

RE:Extra FactorPuzzledone11111 I think th eonly ones who a really panicking are the naysayers on here who have lost a bundle and want to buy back in if it were to drop to 6.50 one idiot in particular bailed when it dropped to near 5.60 if I recall and he's been bashing this thing relentlessly since for whatever reason I'm assuming to get back in.. Funny thing is these rocket scientists who are bashing this thing don't seem to be3 looking at the who commodities market, it's taking a sheit kicking and is down across the board... But oh no it's an Athabasca problem LOL The company is being groomed for a buyout..... Good gosh, they are pathetic... And come in with no information at all... or if they have information they doctor it to meet their agenda. Good find on the pipeline thing BTW... One other point, the author of the latest article was completely wrong about ATH's drop, again, it has everything to do with the market not the company...
