The Company’s production specialty chemicals business operates in the United States and in the WCSB, with an emphasis on servicing the oil and natural gas liquids resource plays. It provides trucks and trailers specifically designed to transport drilling fluids to operators active in the WCSB through its Equal Transport (Equal) division.

Oh? How that? Whether the split price is 10$ or 11$....has no bearing on what is happening here. No large block sells to push this kind of drop either. Certianly some stop losses are kicking in, as did mine, but I honestly think that the next Q report will be the critical factor. If there is any negative news, and the principal insider sell volume of this year, the market volume and price drop we see at this time can only be attributed to one thing. Any guesses what that might be?
