Pale face one of the reasons I invested in this country in an area I had not much knowledge of until I discovered Stans was that it is one of the few functioning democracies in the region, I still say that this is a major reason for investing here you could make the point if there was a dictator in place we may well be in production but in the long run it is better to have a democracy with  elected representitives in place its a young democracy but over time it will gain confidence in its self ,once democracy is in place no one will want to go back to a dictator ort totalitarian state    .. Kyrg may well become a beacon in this region of how a democracy should work maybe not today or tomorrow but it might just work to our advantage in the long run .
