Is Machona not considered an insider?

No opening balance on Sedi. Is he considered an external consultant? How long will it take to get onto the mighty Nasdaq once the rollback resolution passes on Aug 12? When will the new options be available for distribution to new hires and/or our hard working management? Also, we may lose even more money on the Naz due to currency fluctuations if the Loonie goes up. I vote NO!
