 I agree with Gaius... My 5 cents worth of input  would be that  that this minor purchas is only symbolic, what with him or his staff knowing that we natives are getting somewhat restless with inaction, and Im sure our comments are read. I would bet that there is a process for Management to follow what is discussed here. If its not that it could be to settle a monor bet made at the  office coffee stop.
