New hearing dates are for oral submissions following the submission of briefs no decision until later I'm still thinking the first quarter of 2015 too bad for us.  Next up 2nd quarterly report aug 12 which will say nothing, no drilling, no production, reserves down, revenue down, share price down, no diversication, no semic work, still no report on qq3 technical findings, but the good news is Ed didn't get us in another lawsuit and management didn't spend more capital on the stupid buyback plan. YAY good work management bonuses and options for everyone. But really what do 150 employees do all day when nothing is asked of them and nothing is accomplished?  Oh I forgot we have money in the bank and no debt.
