PNP will vote against any reverse split.. half the shares or better is in their fund that investors buy in to... the rest is in Sheldon's private RRSP... they own a lot of PTK shares! They never should have mentioned even thinking about a split!!! Just to get on the nasdaq?? .. what a joke gt
