RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Talks didn't go as planned. Still being bullied.As I posted last week, Centerra froze the dividend payments for the kyrgyz stake, they already lost real here!! From the peter koven article about the stans ruling: "Centerra is already holding more than $11-million of dividends to the Kyrgyz government in trust for potential payment to Sistem. The implications of the much larger Stans ruling are unclear."
