Misty, I maintain my point. TUO made an offer, where's AMK counter proposal?
You can say whatever you want, facts are facts. TUO made an offer and I believe they are open to negotiate...but as we said, it takes 2 to tango...

Are you sure you are blaming the right group?
As soon as I see a public offer from AMK, I'll be contacting TUO and make them aware of my view.
But, there needs to be something to talk about...

Where or what's AMK offer to resolve?

We can both play the hard game and NO ONE will win except the lawyers...
