PP-CE`s

PP-CE`s
The last PP was for 26.500.000 shares at 0.10 with sister warrants at 0.18, plus GM`s  1.377.000 warrants at 0.10 as part payment.
There were 23 placees.
We know that the Caisse bought 6.500.000 shares with sister warrants.
GM bought the almost 8.000.000 from Routhier –LaBerge gypsy trades,we don`t know if for themselves  or who, making a potential big stake for somebody.
Already  $4.650.000 has been  put in our Bank, leaving another $3.100.000 coming once the rest of warrants get excercised.
Added to the now several sources of revenue we have, and  even paying for some extras we did not count on we should be ok for a while, hopefully for a long time.

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

On the CC side.

The only true Hi-Fi-3DGo deal still remains VIZIO.
They are getting the benefits of what it supposed to be originally.

Samsung has settled for S2D switch almost 2 years ago,but has not make a move that we know to go for the Hi-Fi or a deal with 3DGo.

SONY just settled for the S2D switch also making it look like they are also a long shot for the Hi-Fi at least for now.

LG has not settled for the S2D switch and has not signed for the Hi-Fi but has inked a deal to show 3DGo,thus getting the app for nothing and with us paying for the porting.
That`s after Routhier saying that the Panasonic deal was special and that they preferred the original ways on future deals.
What else did LG got?, sure they will promote the 3D experience with characters of the films at the Stores but that`s something that the Stores will do for nothing,it does not take any extra room,it will sell more TVs and the posters or pictures on the boxes will come free to them.
Good deal for everybody, even for us at the very end.

Panasonic did settled for the S2D switch, again who knows the splits and the structure of the deal.
They did come on board with the 3DGo deal also but with porting .
Going over the specs we see that they may have access to Autodetect on some TVs but not on the older ones.
Another who knows how much they got since confidentiality and different structures makes every deal different.

Hisense-TCL,both signed to Global deals with the Hi-Fi.
Nothing to do with content in China till a few months later where they became part of the deal.
Since the deals were inked we are approaching 10.000.000 3DTVs sold by them.
We can calculate and assume but that`s another big IF and WHEN.
So there`s a Pot of Gold at the end of Richardson Street waiting to be tapped.
It`s  hard to believe that nothing could be done in China for two years  in reference to content approval for the country or regions with them being number 1 and 2.

Who knows how the next ones will come on board and when.

All this gives a twist for a take over or buy out, we are a basket case with a few different deals, none equal and only the smallest one doing it the way it`s meant to be.
Reading Netflix contracts structure they like to stay with monthly memberships, and every region they operate the content has to be worked out with the country or by regions.
Also they are still fighting for bandwidth usage with almost everybody.
So how is SIO going to determine which of the 13 countries or regions will have the advantage to promote and expand that region heavily?.
I guess it should not concern us we are just investors-shareholders
