Big Shot, Big bucks, and that Gulfstream "There is no reason anyone would want a computer in their home."
Ken Olsen, founder of Digital Equipment Corporation, 1977
Setting aside the various and sundry issues beknownst by the rest of the board, and the ignoring the obvious malcontentedness from the Greek marketplace, I have to say that some of you out there need a good, solid colonic.
Here we are........sitting on a paradigm shift, a cataclysmic change, an event horizon so subtly unique, so burgeoning in potentiate energy........and most of you sit like hens on a Massey, clucking about a "potential" stock swap, like its the end of earths days. While all around you the world is facing near computing disaster with the demise of latent Silicon. Be it no never mind, that the good folks at POET have a solution that will not only save us from certain doom-inescence, a product that is 100 times faster , 80% cheaper in consumption of energies, cheaper cost, smaller, and most cost effective. A veritable smorgasboard of advantages to the market and the end user.
Facts are as follows.....
WORLD CLASS-WORLD DEMANDED-WORLD DOMINATED (to come) ASSET.
Top Notch and well connected management team
P2 stratospheric valuation coming shortly.....
Deal(s) being negotiated behind the scenes.....(eh Intel we're on to you).......dont shoot the messenger when I say "deals"...there are some that know more than others....
NASDAQ listing imminent.......(don't spit on me here...its coming whether you like it or not)
Intel Inside to replaced with POET Inside
Market Cap worthy of an Intel in 12 - 18 months
Gather round now and lets debate here. I challenge ANYONE to prove me wrong.
I challenge anyone who is of sound mind and body, who has seen the reams of facts presented by capable people on both boards and not secretly thinking that this could be another APPL @ 700 or a Samsung @ 1200. The near or even total monopoly this will create is and will be, the stuff of legends ! A "where were you moment" in the time line of life. A cash flow monster, with numbers so enormous, they will have to create the Bank of POET to hold all the cash. "He Ned where did you get the new car ?"...."well Al I bought shares of POET when its was a Canadian junior stock, and held it while the management of the company brought it to the world".
Sadly, though, some can't see the green for the red, the cashflow for the roll back, the management for the janitor, the forest for the trees. But thats okay, those nimble fingered high rollers, of which the ilk will sell well before its time, are to be thanked for their share stewardship. Because when they do divest, those shares will go into stronger hands, and will without hesitancy leap and bound through to higher levels as they sit looking vinegary and askew at their folly.
I say good riddance to them. I say go management and do your chosen quest and build this little POET to a giant of a company. Build us dreams, build us wealth, build us value.
But do it quickly please (as I have heard) the down payment cheque on my G550 is post dated to Friday.
