Trilogy LLC also provided fixed broadband communications services to residential and enterprise customers in New Zealand and Bolivia. The Company had two reportable segments identified by their geographic regions, New Zealand and Bolivia. Two Degrees Mobile Limited (2degrees) operated in New Zealand and Empresa de Telecomunicaciones NuevaTel (PCS de Bolivia), S.A. (NuevaTel) operated in Bolivia. Both these segments provided a variety of wireless voice and data communications services, including local, international long distance and roaming services. The services were provided to subscribers on both a postpaid and prepaid basis.

1) EM's every word may not be monitored but Trimel must declare to the OSC on an annual basis that he is not influencing their operations,  2)  I do not think anyone at TRL puts any value on EM's opinion, and 3) EM does not appear to be on good terms with anyone at TRL - he voted against most of the Directors, including Rossi and Ian!

 

But I feel and share your frustration.  The NDA application change to Natesto TID, subsequent FDA approval delay, and the FDA investigation into Testosterone/Cardiac issues all changed the landscape for Trimel/Big Pharma negotiations.  TRL originally expected a partnership signed before the end of 2013 and without the above complications I believe this would have occurred.  Management wants this done ASAP, I doubt they need it 'shoved in their faces'.
