Good question, I asked about him several months ago and funny enough the only one to reply was Bago. As for Stans my position has always been seize their assets not threaten to seize assets, but actually start the process and actually seize assets and then negotiate with these....use the forfeiture as insurance against unobstructed access to mine operations.We have been playing fair (legally) from the start but the government continues to block, obstruct, circumvent, rules, and legislation it's been this way for years. The time has come to either reach an agreement that benefits both parties and not just one party or a group of greedy individuals. I hope the people working at our mine will also benefit from such an agreement as will all the shareholders as this will most certainly improver their living standards these are the people who matter most, these are the people who will ensure that all of us shareholders hopefully will reap the rewards of their hard work. Any negotiated settlement without any sort of insurance ( asset freeze, forfeiture ) is meaningless.
