After speaking with LVN's IR person, he had indicated that in the past and from his experience the 43-101 was likely to come the first or second week in July. But as Bunje just mentioned it all depends on the accountant's work load and it really could be anytime depending on how long it takes to finish. The timing for early July was a reasonable approximation based on past experience. There is much more to sift through this time around (not a bad thing) which may (or may not) have something to do with the delay.

I'm curious though as to whether the stock might be halted before the report is released?
