My take on Folium was the same as yours until I looked at the bios. One director of Folium is a former "respected" irrigation contractor, undoubtedly well suited to work in the plumbing department at Home Depot. I guess if you are not picky about these kinds of things, you could look at the positive side. Folium's management does not have a brother in law of the president who is either a used car dealer or a real estate agent, as other penny stock companies do.
