LOL. Good Story. As much as I think he's a spoiled brat...I still work for AC and while I understand AND appreciate the great turnaround story, it/s very bad business to introduce Rouge the way we have. It's getting better but initially there was zero advance notice that your pre paid flight was no longer "Mainline" but now Rouge. You simply cannot take 5 full service flights YVR-LAX (eg) and turn 4 of them into Rouge ( low cost). Extremely poor marketing decision .  I am hoping that it is just "growing pains". I guess United or another STAR carrier will pick up the slack but it looks really bad for BRANDING.
