In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. RE:more fundamentalsActually, not here for that either. Though, its a positive. Im expecting consolidation in the Putumayo basin, and not just what we have seen. If Vetra was willing to go that far to increase its working interests, then Im not so sure they will be satisfied coming in second. I was lukewarm on Petronova as well, however, things are changing very fast in the area.  I will hold PTA and PNA on the assumption that a bidder will come and pay a significant premium to market price for assets in that  region. Im not sure who that might be, but I will be quite surprised if nothing transpires in the next six months.  As the interest here has been in a long battle for merger that is now over, an update on CAPEX should be at hand. Stock I dont believe is in arbs hands anymore, or not so much. Market is what it is..
