More to the point, the venture exchange is really just a veiled Vancouver exchange.  There were more scams and worthless ventures on that exchange over the years than you could shake a stick at. 

The issue to me, therefore, isn't that the TSXV hasn't climbed as much as the seniors; it simply lacks credibiity due to past horror shows.

A major goal of management is presumably a senior listing.  It would be so much easier to raise capital.

Of course, CEO told me they won't need to raise capital for the first trial (true?).  If they have the kind of success in the first trial they are claiming this tech is capable of, financing won't be a problem ... I would bet my home on it!
