I WISH that the problem with VIV was flipping but it is not. For some reason there is always an unlimited number of shares being offered at $0.06-0.065-0.07 For the stock to move it must be in the 'proper' hands and management needs to address this issue by getting to know their investor base. The task takes time but once completed management can quickly figure out who is buying but most importantly KNOW WHO IS SELLING
