I agree.  Intriguing numbers, particularly book value.  I wish I understood their niche and competition a bit better.  As I recall, they increased their div not long ago, and that is usually a stronger signal from management than talk of a promising future. 

I find most CEO's from far too many companies have the same refrain each quarter,  something like:  "the next ... should remain challenging, but we are encouraged by xyz ... suggesting positive developments in the future...".  Painfully pedestrian! 

Increasing dividends get my attention, and they have been increasing at Hammond.
