What secondary offering? Where did you see it announced? I'm not seeing a news release. And it seems odd announce renewal of the NCIB June 18, only to issue new shares exactly one month later. Why buy back shares with surplus cash & issue new shares to raise cash at the same time? Are they really doing that?
