RE:RE:GRAPHITE ?You either pay for the gas or pay for the power in your battery .. the higher price for your car or battery.... There is only one constant and that is $$$$... There is an outside chance for a slant towards the deterring of Global Warming and climate control.... that would probably help the gain in battery operated  vehicles... My scooter is battery powered... I can not afford a battery operated highway vehicle.
