RE:RE:RE:SPI just can't imagine that they're doing a secondary issue. Other REITs do - REITs that are not doing a NCIB, have higher debt, and are making acquisitions. For D.UN it would make no sense at all. Volume today is the highest this year. Similar to 2013 tax loss selling season. I don't know why all the selling. Only 70 odd people read the post here implying a secondary offering.
