I don't thing it is about taking over the world, but I think they are talking about some kind of banking event. Perhaps some kind od currency evaluations or "bank holidays" or.. some derivative crisis,.. look for political events too.

Let me tell you, 17.5 trills in federal debt, 50 trills in consumer debt, 150 Trills in "unfunded" liabilites,  1 quadrillion in derivatives..   It can't continue like that any more.  Something has to change.
