RE:RE:So What do you guy think about the way its going to go, Any In case you guys did not know this the major shareholders in the company are; Polar Capital 17%, Goodwood 14%, DDS Wireless 9%, Pender Fund 4%, EM fund 4% and BOD & management 2.5% for a total of 50.5%. These guys are net buyers but not sellers. So this 5:1 consolidation has the net effect of creating a demand for the stock, eliminating small retail investors and pushing the price up. Whereas we trade at .7x revenue the other wireless companies are trading at an average 2.5x revenues. The Company is doing poorly in terms of growth and profitability and this is understandable with a B team management and Brazil litigation. However, in the hands of CalCamp, BSM Wireless or others this is a good asset to acquire. This company will be taken out at $3.00 to $3.50 post consolidation. I think we need to increase our positions, sit tight and wait for it to be taken out by somebody who knows what they are doing. The Goodwood board acquired the stock at $.40 per share 4 years ago. They have essentially done nothing to increase shareholder value. They call themselves activist shareholders but have done nothing. The stock is below the price at which they bought it. They should step aside and let someone else more capable direct the company.
