Novo had $10.5mill cash as of March 19th, that's enough to support a lot of exploration, given the shallowness of most of the targets. Exercise of the warrants will bring in about $5.4mill, increasing cash by more than 50%. It seems that they want to make full use of the winter drilling window, by December 12th, the date that warrants were due to be exercised it would be starting to get hot. Moriarty is very close to Hennigh, (as can be seen in the links you posted), he is likely to know how Novo will use the additional $5million to " aggressively pursue its corporate goals", I hope that is part of the forthcoming stem-winder!
