RE:RE:RE:2QA special resolution was voted on at the the annual and special meeting held June 27, 2014, in Calgary. I do not believe anything is published on the results of that meeting. Could be wrong?
The name change is left up to the B of D to decide on. They will advise the shareholders in due time.
With respect to the idea of a more lucrative sector , time will tell if Ricky Chiu means what he says. We'll wait and see.
Between Ricky and his spouce, they own 18M+common shares in GPW. that is 24+%. If the company does well, so do they. So its in their best interest to deliver.
Based on the latest financials of GPW, all seems to be in order and in pretty good shape. Roughly speaking the per share equity is about 17 cents. The SP is 7 cents. The debt seems to be managable.
Lets wait for the next quarter (Q2) and see what happens.
