DEAD DUCK

DEAD DUCKWhat difference does it make to the rank and file shareholder that Fabrice cought up with Jim Taylor? Or, for that matter that the stock is cheap at this prices? How am I going to see any return
on my investment? There is no new money coming to this play. Why would anybody buy this stock when the current board already removed the takeover premium, spends money as it was growing on trees, and shows no return on shareholders equity? Sales go up and Jim Taylor finds the way to spend the revenue. On  legal,  IR etc.can anybody guarantee to me that he will not blow up the payroll hiring his family, friends, buddies from New Liskeard?

I made a mistakebuying back at 40.Hope someone will take it off my hands. I don't really ask too muck. Just give me 55 and it all is yours.
