It was a crosstrade (i.e. trade between one person one account to his other account). In my opinion, Frank could be crosstrading to put PTA out in a spotlight (to attract more buyers).

See screenshot attached. Whoever this person is, he/she is with RBC. If you see a high vol of selling from RBC, this big player is probably pulling out on the market. For now, this big player is trying to promote the stock.
