Mrpanic, I still see it as a crosstrade. PTA is about to cross it's 200 SMA (in general, below this is a sign of long term bearish). I wouldn't be surprised if a big player decides to switch his/her own shares between his/her two accounts to promote the stock. What are the odds of finding two separate buyers/sellers wanting to buy/sell 37mil shares all in that exact moment (all in a single transaction)? If someone were to sell to the public, the 34 Mil shares would have been 'sold' in a span of certain timeline.
