Geomega Resources Inc. is a mineral exploration and evaluation company focused on the discovery and sustainable development of economic deposits of metals in Quebec. In 2010, Donald Théberge was the QP and prepared 2 Certificate for the Montviel property and the Pump Lake property.

As for the Sydney property, Donald Théberge and Alain Tremblay prepared jointly the Technical report (NI 43-101) and were both QP.

I did not know that the 2 QP, as the case may be needed to sign the 43-101 at the exact same time...Does it matter if one QP signs on Monday and the other one on Friday?
