As a shareholder he was obligated to vote for the sale. Don't think he was obligated to keep his shares - was he?
Also how - with so much unusual volume - between Oct 28 - Nov 11 the SP stayed very close to that magic 34 cent range. Strange when average volumes are less than 200k.
That whole thing that went down with Fonds - a pension fund - literally made me sick.
Did it all contribute to Mcrae being ousted? Maybe - but something dramatic had to happen regardless with Paladin-Endo debt looming.
As a shareholder in any stock I don't appreciate being played. I don't question his skills but i do question his integrity.
Hopefully all water under the bridge now with new direction.
