In pursuing its investment objectives, the Fund seeks to achieve favorable after-tax returns for its shareholders by seeking to minimize the U.S. federal income tax consequences on income generated by the Fund. So Son you do realize that PTA had to issue 250+ million 
shares + $10 million  and also assume alot of debt
for the takeover.
Also the PTA only has 15% of new discoveries from the company it just ate.
Does any know how much reserves PTA added from the takeover?

I don't know anything about fracking. How much more does it cost?
Does Colombia have the infracsturcture to support it?

Well like I said the drilling program has to be successful for PTA shares to move up
and that is never for certain.
