So Son you do realize that PTA had to issue 250+ million shares + $10 million  and also assume alot of debt
for the takeover.
Also the PTA only has 15% of new discoveries from the company it just ate.
Does any know how much reserves PTA added from the takeover?

I don't know anything about fracking. How much more does it cost?
Does Colombia have the infracsturcture to support it?

Well like I said the drilling program has to be successful for PTA shares to move up
and that is never for certain.
