Catalyst's project La Verde is an 1 1/2 hour drive from Tepal. Both are badly affected by poor security with the militant and extremely violent Knights Templar cartel which is the La Verde area and impacts the access corridor for Tepal. Aside from that much of La Verde's resources will never make it to a reserve status as they are too deep and too low grade. You are correct that Tepal will be more profitable.
