RE:RE:This has now become a show me story...........I remember I did some calculations a month or so ago to figure out what a fair valuation would be (I used the market cap of ZEN as a comparison at the time). I believe it came to about $1.25 a share IF they hit hydrothermal graphite of the same quality/size as ZEN and I also took into account that XME would have a 60% interest. However, this calculation does not account for any share dilution due to the deal with MEK and any potential share dilution due to a PP to meek the contractual obligations with MEK.

So perhaps a more conservative target would be around $1 a share IF they hit the same quality/size as ZEN. We won't know for sure what a fair value would be until we first know if they have something, and then how much and what quality it is.
