YES it clears up that little grey area between the 2 for sure!!

Given the excellent step by step execution Goodwin and his team are showing...... I firmly believe that they do no Over-Promise and Underdeliver, So announcing "advanced stage" discussions tells me they have a pretty inked announcement coming about the whole CBD thing sooner than later. I frankly would be flat out shocked if the deal wasnt already done but crossing a few Ts etc etc.
