I expect the financing to close within the next week or so and then a formal announcement will be made by way of a formal News Release.
 
As far as the FTG data acquisition goes, the data has been processed and interpreted and Simba now waits for the final report to be completed.  If all goes well Simba should be able to meet its target date and announce the FTG results before the end of July, 2014.
 
Once the FTG report is complete, the data will be added to Simba existing data room and companies will be invited to come and view Simba’s entire data-set which is the first step towards finding the right farm in partner for Kenya.  Simba has engaged Ernst and Young UK’s Oil and Gas Merger and Acquisition group which will help with vetting and screening potential candidates for the Kenyan farm out.
