RE:if you think this stock is a buy post now and explain why
one more point and one question for those of you who may know the answer...
this company was very cheap last week at .16. the only phase 3 company in north america with a market cap below 75 million, and the market cap was 22 million. now with the news on Friday, I would argue that it is much much cheaper than it was last week before the news...and a much much better buy...that news propelled bnc from a phase 3a company looking for a partner to pay for phase 3b that would cost 50-100 million and take 5-6 more years to get approved to a done phase 3 company that will take only 1-2 years to get approved.
how much better will the partnership terms be for bnc today compared to last week?
the valuation gap is much much more than the $15 million in market cap the stock has gained so far.

so here is my question...if the fda approves mcna or urocidin or whatever its called, what does it take after that to get approved in Europe or Russia or China or India? Is it just a formality that if the fda has approved it it will get approvedin other countries? Or is it a long process?
thanks in advance.
