RE:RE:PMI market too high compared too SKO. The debt levels are a little too high for me to jump in. It seems that cash flow is declining while the expenses are piling up. I have seen this play out before and it is not pretty. It also seems like it is taking forever to get Delvina up and running. It has been over two months since they first announced the project. Where are the results?
