The stock is low, the value of the property is potentially higher. The sharks will circle, if they're not already circling. FAced with an uncertain outcome and a certain offer, they'd take the offer I'm sure, and for something close to 2.00 I'm sure as well. They have a saleable product i.e Alderon. The management has done very well financially. This is the end game. 2 bucks and see ya! Watch.
